We are looking for an Identity & Access Management Analyst who will join our IT Security team in Marysville, OH.

This position will be based at The Scotts Miracle-Gro world headquarters in Marysville, a suburb of Columbus, OH.  Not familiar with Columbus? Visit

You will be responsible for ensuring associates get the right access at the right time.  Your role will include managing the Identity Governance platform; ensuring users are correctly provisioned, transferred, and deprovisioned. You will also be working on tickets and tasks for access requests that have not been automated yet. Growing and enhancing automation will be a driving factor in the success of this role along with all other duties assigned.  An appetite for continuous learning and process improvement for security is key.

What you’ll do in this role:

Technical Skills

  • Day to day provisioning of user accounts in both Active Directory and SAP, via SailPoint and ServiceNow
  • User access assignments in Active Directory, based on ticket/tasks in ServiceNow
  • Assist in performing audits and risk assessments against control frameworks such as PCI DSS, SOX 404 and the NIST-CSC
  • Assist in executing Corrective Action Plans to remediate audit findings and compliance deficiencies
  • Maintain and report metrics on security domains
  • Maturing and growing the IGA platform, focused on automation and RBAC
  • Issue / replace SSL certificates via the company PKI solution(s)
  • Partner with the Global Information Security team in accomplishing security initiatives for the company
  • Support of simple help desk tickets, administrative activities, with hands on proper guidance and training
  • Presents security concepts, technologies and plans to broad audience groups

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 1 or more year of related work experience
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills to identify and deliver high performing solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in understandable business terms.
