Come grow with us, where we develop and nurture the next generation of leaders. ​ We are looking for a Lead Operator to join our manufacturing facility in Temecula, CA. What you’ll do in this role: Trains new laborers; coordinates the use of contract labor. Reports production. Counts scrap. Documents QIP assembly in process checklist. Verifies parts are in compliance to quality standards. Verifies operators are in compliance with safety standards. Verifies tooling is maintained and in compliance with safety standards. Verifies adequate supply of parts for the day’s operation. Monitors assembly cycle times to ensure maximum output. Performs other duties as necessary. Keeps work areas clear and free of debris. Adheres to safety rules and ergonomic practices. What you’ll need to be successful: Six months related experience and/or training in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Must occasionally lift approximately 50 lbs. Must stand for extended periods of time.
