We are looking for a 1st shift Maintenance Mechanic who will join our team in Vancouver, WA.

Hours will be 5A-3:30P

You will only work 4 days a week on 10 hour shifts!

The Maintenance Mechanic performs maintenance duties as assigned. The duties listed below are not all inclusive and are only intended to indicate what may be expected.

What you’ll do in this role:

•       Perform repair and maintenance on parts of equipment and machines including electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs

•       May maintain records of jobs performed in order to develop a history of repairs so that preventative maintenance can be performed

•       May perform or assist in the installation of machinery and equipment

•       Assists workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment

•       Keeps work area clean, orderly and safe

•       Inspects and adjusts equipment

What you’ll need to be successful:

•       High School diploma or equivalent

•       Electrical troubleshooting, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic repair experience helpful

•       Knowledge of maintenance and safety procedures, and some of loading and order picking procedures

•       A minimum of one plus years of production plant experience is preferred

•       May be required to have own set of tools

•       Ability to read English and follow directions

•       Able to identify all materials used

•       Detail oriented

•       Follow safe practices and procedures

•       Able to work in a dusty environment, hot/cold/ rainy weather, lift 50 pounds, and be able to climb ladders and work on their feet for the entire day. 

•       Willingness to work mandatory overtime including weekends and holidays.
