We are looking for a Multimedia Graphic Designer with photography and videography skills who will grow at our Vancouver, WA corporate offices. 

The Multimedia/Graphic Designer will use existing content, stock, new and original content to create new videos, cut down and edit existing videos, and build online social media posts for a variety of platforms.  In addition, the Multimedia designer will capture and work with new video and photography assets coming from external and internal shoots to create product marketing videos, digital ads, training videos, informational videos, etc. They will also contribute traditional graphic design skills in the creation of product packaging, advertising and other collateral.  Our ideal candidate has a creative eye for video production and design with an understanding of how to weave together footage, photography, graphics and audio to create compelling motion content.

In this role you will:

  • Be an integral part of the Creative team, contributing motion/graphic assets as key components of advertising and  branding campaigns and a wide variety of projects

  • Collaborate with Creative Director, Integrated Marketing teams and public relations teams to identify appropriate visual, textual and animated elements of projects

  • Work with the Creative Team and Copywriters to conceptualize, storyboard and pitch ideas to stakeholders

  • Develop and produce multimedia pieces for brand/product websites, social media, product marketing videos, training videos, in multimedia presentations, and for displays and exhibits

  • Prepare artwork and media for final approval and distribution

  • Shoot product photography/videography onsite in our photo room and occasionally at off-site locations

In addition, the Designer will also have:

  • A Portfolio must be submitted

  • Degree in multimedia, graphic design or related field or demonstrable related skills and experience 

  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically; Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat

  • Videography and Photography skills

  • Portfolio that supports the above skillset

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to both offer expert recommendations AND take direction on creative projects

  • Ability to proactively manage multiple projects to meet tight production deadlines

  • Flexibility to quickly move between projects as priorities change

  • Ability to calmly and accurately track and execute multiple revision requests

  • Self-starter who is comfortable in an extremely fast-paced environment

  • Able to start and keep projects moving forward when all of the information may not be immediately available

  • Prior experience in consumer product marketing.

  • Cannabis Industry experience is a plus
