We are looking for a Parts Crib Attendant who will join our team in Marysville, OH.

Positions starting at $18.50 per hour.

Hours will be 7p-7a.

What you'll do in this role:

  • Provide crib coverage during the off shift

  • Perform cross-functional communication with various groups to achieve goals

  • Support effective use of the SAP PM module (CMMS database) through daily system usage and communication with users    

  • Prepare reports outlining maintenance performance using SAP and Excel

  • Interface with outside contractors and vendors to verify completeness and accuracy of incoming component information

  • Occasionally enter new material information into the SAP-PM module

  • Receive, stock, and audit parts store inventory daily

  • Assist maintenance and operations personnel in finding parts and components in SAP

  • Assist in maintaining MRO master data integrity in the SAP PM Module database.  Perform data cleansing as necessary

  • Assist in executing the Spares Policy and setting up Min/Max requirements 

  • Support storeroom & purchasing agents through knowledge of Inventory & Purchasing modules of SAP

  • Assist with storeroom analysis regarding min-max levels and obsolete inventory

  • Perform backup role to Parts Crib Coordinators

  • Document practices for Maintenance and assist with PM task optimization as necessary

  • Knowledge of maintenance practices and principles

  • Experience with Microsoft Office excel, word, PowerPoint, Google Suite, SAP, etc.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Must be willing to work off shift

  • Familiar with maintenance work practices

  • Experience with computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel.

  • Strong knowledge and familiarity with the SAP PM module is required.   Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
