The Regulatory Document Control Assistant is responsible for assisting with documentation and filing correspondence primarily from state regulatory authorities. Timeliness and accuracy are of critical importance in this role.


Key Work Performed:
• Receives correspondence via postal mail, courier and digital via the state regulatory document control mailbox
• Sorts and classifies correspondence as directed
• Scans documents and creates document information record (DIR) in PLM
• Sends summary email to predetermined distribution list as directed
 

Education: Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in relevant discipline

Experience and Knowledge: 
• 3 or more years relevant work experience (e.g. data entry)
• Solid computer skills with mastery of popular word processing, spreadsheet and email platforms
• Knowledge/experience with SAP Product Lifecycle Management desired
