We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will join our Global Corporate FP&A  team in Marysville, OH.

The Corporate Finance FP&A Senior Analyst plays a critical role in key finance processes such as the monthly total company financial consolidation/management reporting process, various internal ad-hoc reports for Executive leadership including the Chief Financial Officer, financial support to the Chief Communications Officer and the Investor Relations team, and assistance with the annual budget modeling processes.  

What you’ll do in this role:

  • Monthly total company financial analysis and reporting 

  • Assist in quarterly earnings preparation and analysis

  • Support the Investor Relations team through analyst of external consensus models

  • Review and consolidate total company budget and ensure alignment with leadership

  • Develop and execute ad hoc modeling/analysis to support finance/executive leadership

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.  CPA and/or MBA is preferred. 

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in corporate financial or accounting role is required.

  • Skills and Abilities: Strong Excel spreadsheet and general information systems skills are necessary.  Experience with SAP R/3, BPC, & Business Warehouse preferred.
