We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Advanced Marketing Analytics who will join our Insights & Analytics team.

The Senior Analyst, Advanced Marketing Analytics role supports the Marketing Analytics Manager with Category & Shopper Insights, Test & Learn, Advanced Marketing Analytics, and leads Data Management, Mapping, and Quality Assessments. The role also assists with Custom Consumer Research as needed.
 

What you’ll do in this role:

  • Use data mining tools such as Nielsen, APT, InfoScout (Numerator) for analytical efforts in providing information for strategic decision-making
  • Assist in preparation of the monthly/quarterly market share/state of the business report
  • Collect and analyze data in identifying market trends, channel strategies, shopper preferences
  • Assist with shopper insight custom research including Shop-alongs, Consumer Journey, Assortment analytics
  • Perform data mining, profiling, mapping, quality assessments
  • Develop clear, compelling visualizations and dashboards to help make data-informed decisions

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology/Anthropology, Statistics or related area with 2-3 years consumer/shopper insights/category management/statistics work experience using tools such as APT, InfoScout (Numerator), Excel, SPSS, Qualtrics, and Tableau
  • Strong analytic, business, presentation skills, and ability to initiate and grow relationships within Marketing & Sales
  • Drive for automation opportunities throughout process
  • Highly motivated with a steep learning curve and a desire to succeed
