We are looking for an Analyst, Sales Lead Management.   The Analyst for the Sales Lead Management team is responsible for supporting the team with central capture of all internal and field generated leads across Hawthorne, ensuring that these leads are scored, prioritized, augmented with appropriate interaction data, and assigned to the right sales team members for follow up pursuit.  This role will report directly to the Manager of the Sales Lead Management team.

In this role you will:

  • Capture and synthesize forward looking customer sales opportunity data from sales teams 

  • Qualify, track, and respond to, sales inquiries from new and existing accounts

  • Join sales discovery calls to coordinate leads, and offer real time support

  • Refine the lead generation pitch, and process to achieve optimum results

  • Report weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly on sales pipeline and forecast

  • Oversee usage of team systems (e.g., CRM), including Hubspot

A qualified person will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, will consider equivalent experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience with data collection and analysis field

  • Industry experience a plus, but not a requirement

  • Hands on experience with CRM software such as Hubspot

  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Must have advanced Excel proficiency.

  • Strong PC skills; ability to use Microsoft Office suite.
