We are looking for an Associate Analyst Regulatory - PLM who will grow at our Scotts Miracle-Gro world headquarters in Marysville, a suburb of Columbus, OH. Not familiar with Columbus? Visit columbusregion.com/columbus-2020/

This role has primary responsibility for data entry in SAP to support Regulatory Affairs.  This role will create, update, and route product specifications that drive product commercialization through the PLM lifecycle management software.  Other responsibilities will be determined on an as-needed basis.

Key Work Performed:

  • Create, update, and route specifications in PLM, specifically Regulatory specifications.
  • Review, update and/or approve specification in PLM specifically:  Formula, Finished Goods and SKU set-up.
  • Manage Regulatory Exclusion tables.
  • Manage system entry of Last Production Dates (LPD) and Last Ship Dates (LSD)
  • Create, maintain, manage generation of Regulatory Reports (renewals, state registration timing, micronutrient, etc.).
  • Provide single point of contact to Sales by providing input to by-pass tables, providing registration support including Registration Dashboard training and answering registration related questions.
  • Manage Regulatory system upgrades by defining system specifications, testing new programming changes and general maintenance (security settings, distribution lists, registration form changes).
  • Create and maintain strong working relationships with R&D and other departments that drive a sense of trust and collaboration.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • BS degree with some computer science programming or web design background preferred.

Experience:

  • 1-5 years experience in project management or data entry field.

Knowledge:

  • SAP experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Access, Word)
