We are looking for a Brand Manager who will join our Directo to Consumer Marketing team in Marysville, Ohio.

What you’ll do in this role:

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role on a dynamic brand marketing team, passionate about driving growth in emerging channels. If you have an innate entrepreneurial spirit, are e-commerce minded and have a desire to launch and maintain brands of varying maturities - from startups to prestigious National Brands. You, as the Brand Manager, will be responsible for new product development, annual marketing plans, media, merchandising, social/community development and performance tracking against KPIs. Simply put, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive awareness and profitability of the brand will be what drives you!
 

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • You understand modern brand building and you know direct-to-consumer marketing

  • Naturally curious and are the first at uncovering interesting case studies, trends and strategies deployed by disruptor brands.

  • A passionate marketer and creative thinker with the desire to develop digitally native or direct-to-consumer brands

  • 5+ years of experience with branding, strategic development and creative problem solving 

  • Ability to lead, direct and support cross-functional stakeholders and outside agency partners 

  • A natural interest in identifying consumer needs and developing plans to reach target audience- You understand what it takes to identify, engage and build loyalty in new audiences 

  • Entrepreneurial minded- ready to jump into fast-paced, rapidly evolving eCommerce space

  • The thrill of building something new excites you!

  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize disparate information to create recommendations  

  • Experience building compelling online experiences to drive consumer engagement and conversion

  • Thoughtful risk-taker who is able to make quick decisions, assess results and redirect as necessary

  • Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment, resilient to adversity and adapting with flexibility

  • Will have at least 1 direct report and are eager to play a mentorship role to grow talent

  • Bachelor's degree in business, MBA preferred
