We are looking for a Delivery Driver Class A CDL who will grow at our Vancouver, WA Distribution Center.

The purpose of this role is to safely and efficiently deliver product from warehouse to local customers. This will include order pulling and loading the truck properly and safely. Must also be able to load the truck to expedite the deliveries according to the established route.

The perfect person will have:

  • Working knowledge of D.O.T., state, and OHSA regulations pertaining to operating equipment.

  • Must be able to drive, stand, walk, kneel, lift and bend required for virtually the entire shift. Balance - pulling product, climb in and out of truck. Lifting- Ability to lift and/or move products on a hand truck or pallet jack up to 55 lbs. repetitively.

  • Considerable knowledge of tractor/truck mechanics and maintenance.

  • Must operate warehouse equipment (forklift, order picket, pallet riders) safely and efficiently.

  • Use product pulling/tracking computer programs to get product from rack to pallets.

  • Able to operate efficiently in a fast paced environment with accuracy.

  • Able to adhere to established delivery protocols.

  • Ability to comply with company safety rules, regulations, and required testing.

  • Excellent knowledge of local area with ability to plan efficient delivery routes.

  • Clear written and verbal communications.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Courteous and professional demeanor.

  • Strong desire to provide excellent customer service.

  • Valid CDL Class A driver license with a safe driving record

  • Minimum 3-year tractor-trailer driving experience. Three years’ experience with driving Class A CDL and order pulling in a large distribution environment.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience with local route driving and operation of tractor-trailer.

  • Extensive experience operating warehouse equipment (forklift, order picker, pallet riders, etc.) as well as delivery truck.

  • Must be insurable for the company driver’s insurance.
