We are looking for a Finance and Controlling, SAP Senior Analyst who will join our Information Technology aka Business Transformation team in Marysville, Ohio.

Finance & Controlling, Senior Analyst will partner with the global Finance community serving their needs in the areas of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Banking, Product Costing, and Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting.

What you’ll do in this role:

  • SAP configuration to meet business requirements;

  • SAP specification development for custom ABAP programs where standard SAP functionality does not address business requirements;

  • Unit testing and cross-functional integration testing for solutions;

  • Provide timely production support for break-fix issues;

  • Assist in gathering requirements, design, and developing minor and major system enhancements;

  • Prioritize business enhancements request by identifying business value, tracking time and dollar savings;

  • Support production environment by troubleshooting system issues and providing system solutions or process improvement options;

  • Ensure user documentation is up to date with changes to processes, new processes, and system design changes;

  • Ensure the business systems are secure and reliable supporting continuous operation of the company;

  • Research solutions to assist in developing an applications roadmap, partnering with Business Partners and IT vendors;

  • Collaborate with internal Business Partners and work cross-functionally with departmental team members;

  • Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with business and department associates in areas of opportunity.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 2-4 years of SAP development experience, with expert knowledge in several areas;

  • Experience with RPA, automation and process improvement preferred;

  • Prior Finance/Accounting experience preferred;

  • Proficient in technical documentation and functional ABAP specification writing;

  • Fundamental understanding of Workflow, IDOC, and EDI support;

  • Working Knowledge of other SAP modules integration points is preferred;

  • Knowledge of project management concepts and deliverables.
