We are looking for an Finance & Controlling Manager who will join our IT Business Application Services team in Marysville, OH.

As part of the IT Business Application Services team you will be responsible for providing the day-to-day IT support and managing IT projects in the area of Finance and Controlling e.g. Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Tax, GL,  Fixed Assets,  Supply Chain Finance,  Cost center and Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis  etc.

You will be responsible for managing the activities and development of the 3-5 SMG associates. You will also be responsible for quality and productivity of 2-4 external resources working in FICO Center of Excellence team. 

What you’ll do in this role:

  • Taking overall responsibility for leadership, control and decision-making for the FICO application team

  • Providing technical knowledge and leadership in the FICO applications activities covered by the team to ensure that applications are secure and reliable to support continuous operations of the company

  • Provide leadership and oversight in gathering requirements, designing, and developing IT solutions in the area of FICO

  • Work closely with Solutions and Services Directors to develop roadmap of FICO applications which aligns with the company and its IT strategy

  • Provide coaching, guidance, training, and support to direct reports for overall career and personal development

  • Leverage ITSM and ITBM to report on all FICO application incidents, demands and projects

  • Maintain on-going communication with key business users and IT leaders 

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or Management Information Systems. MBA, CFA or CPA will be an added advantage

  • Minimum 12 years of business or IT experience with at least 5 years in SAP FICO business process design, system configuration and good knowledge about the integration with other SAP modules e.g. MM, PP and SD

  • Strong business process knowledge in Finance and Controlling e.g. Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Tax, GL,  Fixed Assets,  Supply Chain Finance,  Cost center and Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis  etc.

  • Good understanding of Workflow, EDI and IDOCs

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, being able to adjust content of the message to the audience or various levels of the organization.

  • People leadership experience of 3-5 years with proven abilities to develop others through coaching, guidance, and feedback to help them excel in their job responsibilities and personal growth
