We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support our Temecula, CA manufacturing facility!


The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for manufacturing optimization and new product introductions. Optimization tasks include cost analysis, hands-on process definition via design of experiments, automation, improvement of layouts, material flow and ergonomics. New product introductions include project management from analysis, quotation, design and procurement of manufacturing tools and equipment through launch.

In this role you will:

  • Provide manufacturing with technical assistance, root cause analysis, and efforts in process control and scrap reduction.
  • Be involved with total project management of process development, capital approval, process & product qualification and implementation.
  • Facilitate new product make/buy decisions and introductions.
  • Complete capital justifications for tools, fixtures, and machinery.
  • Initiate cost reduction efforts in manufacturing.
  • Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety duties as assigned.
  • Participate in training and meetings as required.


The perfect person will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of project management, factorial design of experiments, lean manufacturing, machining
  • 3D CAD – SolidWorks, ProE
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel, visio, word and project)


Some other nice to haves:

  • DOE Software (MiniTab or equivalent)
  • SAP (MRP systems)
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
