We are looking for an Office Administrator for the St-Ludger-de-Milot, Quebec site.

In this role you will:
Manage supplier accounts, data entry and correspondence with various PO;

Daily monitoring of Production and Harvesting data;

Administrative follow up on various files (i.e: Staffing)

Monitoring transportation of product - logistics

Manage supplier orders

Administrative follow up - Inventory control

Coding, enter and process invoices, account statements

General reception tasks such as answering telephone, email, mail etc.


Requirements:
Experience in an administrative role providing customer support to various business functions
Proficiency using Google suite and Microsoft Office

Autonomous with good attendance

Adaptability

Discernment et discretion (working with confidential documents)

Full time employment 35 to 40 hours a week (Monday to Friday)

Hours of operation between 8am and 6:30pm (depending on the Transportation of product schedule)

Seasonal employment

Pour compléter notre équipe nous sommes a la recherche d'Adjoint Administratif pour notre site a St-Ludger-de-Milot Québec.

Responsabilites:

Effectuer le suivi des comptes fournisseurs, saisir les données et faire les correspondances avec les différents PO;

Effectuer le suivi de la production et de la récolte, saisir les données quotidienne;

Effectuer le suivi administratif des différents dossiers de Ressource Humaine;

S'assurer du suivi des transports - logistique;

Gérer les commandes de fournisseurs;

Faire le suivi administratif et le contrôle des inventaires;

Codifier, saisir et traiter les factures, et faire les états de compte;

Effectuer des tâches de réception générale, le suivi téléphonique, le courrier;

Exigences:

Expérience dans un rôle administratif en fournissant un support a diverse client

Maîtrise des suites Google et Microsoft Office

Assiduité et autonomie;

Capacite d'adaptation;

Discernement et discretion

Emploi temps plein de 35 à 40 heures semaine, du lundi au vendredi.

Horaire variable selon les transports se situant entre 8h00 et 18h30.

Emploi saisonnier.
