We are looking for a remote Project Engineering Manager who will join our engineering team to support our manufacturing plants in California! This person will ideally be based between Sacramento and Los Angeles, California or other locations within driving distance to the 5 plants within the assigned region (Santa Rosa, Temecula, Riverside, Linden, Olivehurst).
The Project Engineering Manager is responsible for the management, planning, execution, and reporting of key projects. Focus areas for this position are capital project execution and cost savings initiatives. Activities range from end-to-end project management including project ideation, generation of project charter, timeline, technology selection, implementation supervision, startup, and project closeout. This position is a resource to supporting key strategic areas within the Supply Chain and the overall business.
Note, for this role, travel (within driving distance) could be 50%+ of the time depending on the assigned initiatives and projects.
