We are looking for a Project Manager who will join our e-Commerce Development team who will grow at our Corporate Office, Marysville, Ohio.

As the Project Manager, you are responsible for the ultimate success and execution of an array of digital, mobile and robotic device projects. You will lead a project team including, Developers and QAs and you will partner with a product owner and technical lead to ensure technical and business alignment across the teams.

What you’ll do in this role:

  • Understand and communicate user stories and business requirements and provide feedback, clarity  and direction to the team on requirements 

  • Responsible for detailed project plan, decision and planning documentation, tracking milestones, and producing deliverables

  • Ensure the project scope is established, accepted, maintained until the project is successfully deployed

  • Review and maintain project financials and ability to keep project on plan and budget 

  • Effectively manage outside vendors to ensure deliverables are scoped and completed 

  • Work with the project team(s) during planning phases to size requirements, manage requirements traceability, and determine project scope and sprints

  • Support IT strategy development as well as project definition

  • Serve as the liaison between our business partners and the development teams through which requirements flow for projects

  • Drive development of documentation and test cases

  • Advises and communicates often with senior management on technical issues

  • Think strategically and plan effectively

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • BA or BS degree OR equivalent work experience

  • 5 years of project management experience with at least 1 year of experience using Agile SCRUM methodology

  • Use Software development project tools - including Jira, Asana and confluence 

  • Experience working with fast-paced engineering teams to help plan and execute on multiple concurrent digital, mobile and connected device projects

  • Fundamental understanding of best practices for software development

  • Comfortable and flexible with changing priorities, high levels of ambiguity, and non-routine issues

  • Experience in delivery of complex enterprise level software development projects

  • Ability to help solve complicated problems with the project team 

  • Ability to work autonomously to come to an effective solution across teams
