We are looking for a seasonal Office Coordinator who will grow at our mulch and soil production facility in Groveland, Florida.  

The successful candidate will coordinate and execute all office services, maintenance, systems management and administrative support as needed by the business.

In this role you will:

  • Assist the Office Manager in daily office tasks

  • Cross train and back up for other office personnel including A/P & dispatching

  • Process incoming mail, answer phones, greet and assist visitors 

  • On-board new temps by entering them into Workday and setting them up in the time-clock

  • Complete HR duties, as needed, including maintaining associate files

  • Run & analyze assigned daily reports

  • Schedule inbound deliveries to the facility 

  • Maintain any paper files and completing scanning, as needed 

  • Maintain office supplies inventory 

  • Coordinates servicing of all technology and ensures company devices are secured appropriately.

The perfect person will have

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role providing customer support to various business functions

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office 

  • Proven ability to build excellent relationships with cross-functional business partners and customer service skills

  • Superior organizational and follow up skills

  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision

  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

  • Innovative thinking and high initiative in process improvement

  • Effective time management – ability to manage self, time and priorities and ensure all deadlines are met
