 We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst supporting our Brand Finance Team who will grow at our corporate office in Marysville, Ohio.

 The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Controls Brand Finance Team. Primary responsibilities will include development of analysis to support respective business partners, tracking and reporting of key metrics (e.g., weekly POS, monthly financial results), and execution of critical financial processes (e.g., budget, monthly financial statement close, forecast). Other responsibilities include monitoring provision for inventory expense and business actions to minimize this expense, financial analysis for potential product launches, SKU rationalization, and other ad hoc analyses and reports for the benefit of various marketing and finance leaders.

 The person in this role will need to be flexible and prioritize effectively, and will need to work effectively in teams and also independently. This role will be instrumental in enhancing the ability of Brand Finance to improve its business partnership with the operators we support.

In this role you will:

  • Development of analysis utilized for business decisions;
  • Key metric reporting;
  • Key role in critical finance processes, including budget, forecast, financial statement close, and account reconciliations and analysis;
  • Ad hoc financial analysis;
  • Product lifecycle management: E&O analysis, SKU rationalization.

The perfect person will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting;
  • Three to five years of professional accounting or finance experience;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet established deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality and accuracy;
  • Ability to manage projects effectively and work cross-functionally with various departments;
  • Strong initiative and leadership;
  • Feels comfortable with ambiguity;
  • Passionate problem solver and exhibits boundaryless thinking;
  • Operates with a sense of ownership;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Some other nice to have’s:

  • Experience with SAP R/3;
  • CPA and/or MBA.
